Prayer for the Restoration of Israel and Nations

'“This is what the Lord says— Israel’s King and Redeemer, the Lord Almighty: I am the first and I am the last; apart from me there is no God. '

Father God, we (I) pray for Israel.

Father God!

On April 30, the 207th day of the Israeli war, news outlets reported that Hamas representatives would respond to Israel's limited ceasefire and hostage exchange proposal in Egypt. Egypt, a mediator between Qatar and the United States, has a border with Rafah, Gaza Strip. Feeling a sense of crisis that Palestinian residents may cross the border if the Israeli military launches a ground attack, they are actively participating in ceasefire negotiations. Israel said it would launch an attack on Rafah if these negotiations failed.

Heavenly Father, last week, Israel sent a hostage exchange proposal to Hamas regarding the release of hostages and is awaiting the results through mediators. If Hamas fails to do so, Israel will attack the Hamas leader and his agents and their strongholds in Rafah, a city in the southernmost part of the Gaza Strip. “Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy” (Blessed are the peacemakers)” (Matthew 5:7,9). Following these words, please allow the delegations mediating the negotiations to approach the talks with a compassionate heart for the Israeli hostages and Gaza residents and with the mission of peacemakers.

Heavenly Father, Hezbollah on the Gaza Strip and northern border with Lebanon continues to attack Israel with rockets, drones, and missiles. Please comfort the residents of the Gaza border area, the families of the soldiers, and the families of the 133 hostages who lost many lives through the war, and give them peace and comfort from the Lord. In particular, due to the strong attacks of Hezbollah in the north, 83,000 residents near the border, including the cities of Kiriat Shmona and Metula, have left their homes and workplaces and are living as refugees. “The LORD waits, that he may show you favor; he will arise and have mercy on you. For the LORD is a God of righteousness. Blessed is everyone who waits for him. Again, you people who live in Zion, who dwell in Jerusalem. You will not mourn; he will be gracious to you because of the voice of your cry; when he hears, he will answer you” (Isaiah 30:18-19). Please show grace to this land and people according to these words and wash away their sighs and tears. Also, during this difficult time, may the Israelites seek the Lord with one heart and cry out to Him in prayer, and may the Lord grant them grace and stop their tears and wailing. Under God's rule, let the evil things of war and terrorism be removed entirely from this land and war come to an end, and let there be abundant restoration in this land through the peace and shalom that the Lord gives.

May 6th is Holocaust Remembrance Day (Yom HaShoah in Hebrew). The International March of the Living, a global Holocaust memorial and educational organization, will hold its 36th “March of the Living” in Auschwitz, Poland, with the theme “Together We Remember”. Since its inception in 1988, there have been more than 300,000 participants, and the 2024 march will feature 55 Holocaust survivors from various countries, including victims of Hamas' October 7 attack. A second march will be held in Budapest to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the genocide of the Hungarian Jews. The March of the Living is an educational program that brings Jewish students from around the world to Poland to learn about and commemorate the Holocaust. Thousands of people, along with youth, marched silently from Auschwitz to the Birkenau death camp. Dr. Shmuel Rosenman, President, and Phyllis Greenberg Heidema, President of the International March of the Living. “The recent massacre of Jews by Hamas on October 7 serves as a constant reminder of the ongoing threat posed by anti-Semitic hatred. “This year, we will teach history, why it is important to preserve the memory of the Holocaust and continue to fight anti-Semitism.” Haim Taib, leader of the October 7 delegation, said: “The connection between the Holocaust experienced by the Jewish people 80 years ago and the horror of the October 7 pogroms keeps us resilient and defends ourselves. “It emphasizes our common obligations as a Jewish nation and society,” it said. He said he was proud to march with the brave men and women of the delegation on October 7th.

Heavenly Father, this is an event to commemorate and remember the names of the 6 million Jews who were sacrificed in the past Holocaust. Please protect and comfort those participating in the ‘March of the Living’ in Auschwitz, Poland. In particular, this year, Hungarian Jews will hold two commemorative events and march in Budapest, Hungary, and Poland to remember the Hungarian Jews who were executed at Auschwitz and murdered in the gas chambers. Please keep their movement safe at a time when anti-Semitism is rising. Please help the participating youth learn Daniel's prayer. While living in captivity in Babylon, Daniel realized the sins of his ancestors who had not served God properly throughout history and repented and prayed. Also, please help us become people who seek God. We who pray together proclaim repentance and intercede for the Lord's people using the words of Daniel 9:3-19. 'So I turned to the Lord God and pleaded with him in prayer and petition, in fasting, and in sackcloth and ashes. I prayed to the Lord my God and confessed: “Lord, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and keep his commandments, we have sinned and done wrong. We have been wicked and have rebelled; we have turned away from your commands and laws. We have not listened to your servants the prophets, who spoke in your name to our kings, our princes and our ancestors, and to all the people of the land. “Lord, you are righteous, but this day we are covered with shame—the people of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Israel, both near and far, in all the countries where you have scattered us because of our unfaithfulness to you. We and our kings, our princes and our ancestors are covered with shame, Lord , because we have sinned against you. The Lord our God is merciful and forgiving, even though we have rebelled against him; we have not obeyed the Lord our God or kept the laws he gave us through his servants the prophets. All Israel has transgressed your law and turned away, refusing to obey you. “Therefore the curses and sworn judgments written in the Law of Moses, the servant of God, have been poured out on us, because we have sinned against you. You have fulfilled the words spoken against us and against our rulers by bringing on us great disaster. Under the whole heaven nothing has ever been done like what has been done to Jerusalem. Just as it is written in the Law of Moses, all this disaster has come on us, yet we have not sought the favor of the Lord our God by turning from our sins and giving attention to your truth. The Lord did not hesitate to bring the disaster on us, for the Lord our God is righteous in everything he does; yet we have not obeyed him. “Now, Lord our God, who brought your people out of Egypt with a mighty hand and who made for yourself a name that endures to this day, we have sinned, we have done wrong. Lord, in keeping with all your righteous acts, turn away your anger and your wrath from Jerusalem, your city, your holy hill. Our sins and the iniquities of our ancestors have made Jerusalem and your people an object of scorn to all those around us. “Now, our God, hear the prayers and petitions of your servant. For your sake, Lord, look with favor on your desolate sanctuary. Give ear, our God, and hear; open your eyes and see the desolation of the city that bears your Name. We do not make requests of you because we are righteous, but because of your great mercy. Lord, listen! Lord, forgive! Lord, hear and act! For your sake, my God, do not delay, because your city and your people bear your Name.” 

Even today, we pray in the name of Messiah Yeshua that Jewish youth will come before the Almighty God of Israel, Jehovah, through the faith and prayers of Daniel and that the work of meeting Messiah Yeshua will be accomplished.

Note: According to Yad Vashem, at the time of the German occupation of Hungary in 1944, the Jewish population numbered over 800,000. In just eight weeks, from May to July 1944, more than 434,000 Hungarian Jews, primarily Hungarian Jews, were deported to Auschwitz. There approximately 80% were gassed upon arrival, and in total, more than 550,000 Hungarian Jews were murdered during the Holocaust. An estimated 15,000 people were murdered each day, and tens of thousands were executed on the banks of the Danube in Budapest. Among the 55 Holocaust survivors leading the march are 21 Holocaust survivors from Hungary and seven survivors personally affected by the October 7 Israeli attack.

Father God!

We are grateful that World Central Kitchen activists operate food trucks for Gaza residents. Please comfort the families and colleagues of the seven activists who were attacked by an Israeli airstrike while transporting food in the Gaza Strip on the 1st, and protect those who are starting over. Please stop Hamas from robbing the food and goods delivered to the Gaza Strip and selling them to residents at several times higher prices, and help ensure that the needs of all residents are evenly supplied through volunteers.

Father God!

Heavenly Father, we thank you for calling all of us, Gentiles, as intercessors and servants of God’s great and precious work. We pray with the mission of a watchman on the perfect wall. Give us peace in Jerusalem, Lord God, establish Jerusalem and be praised. May the Jews and all the tribes of Israel scattered throughout the nations who must return to their homeland return to the Promised Land. Please work so Aliyah can be fulfilled even among the believing Jews by changing the law of return. Give us the power to fully fulfill the precious mission of praying and serving each of us until the word of God is fulfilled. May I always live a life of faith filled with the Holy Spirit. Please take care of our health.

Father God!

With heavy rains continuing since mid-March, many flood victims have been struggling in East African countries. In Kenya alone, 93 people died, 29 were injured, and 19 were missing. Heavy rain and flooding continued to submerge more than 100 schools, collapsing walls, blowing off roofs, and repeatedly delaying their opening. Government spokesman Isaac announced that approximately 24,000 households were damaged, and more than 130,000 people were displaced.

# In neighboring Tanzania, 155 people have died due to floods and landslides, 236 have been injured, and the number of victims is approximately 200,000. In Burundi, one of the world's poorest countries, more than 96,000 people have been affected by constant rain over the past few months, and in Uganda, two people were killed, and hundreds were left homeless when a river burst its banks during a storm.

# Following the heavy rain for the first time in 100 years in Guangdong Province, China, a tornado moved within a 1km radius on the 29th in Guangzhou. As a result, four villages were devastated, five people were killed, 33 were injured by hail, and 141 factories were damaged. In Hebei Province, massive hail fell along with the storm, flooding roads and destroying vehicles.

Heavenly Father, we continue to hear news of disasters, such as abnormal weather, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions, from all over the world, as well as war news. “You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but take heed that you do not be afraid. These things must happen, but the end is not yet. Nation will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and famines and earthquakes in various places. All these will be disasters. “It is the beginning” (Matthew 24:6-8). According to these words, as we look at this era in which we are hearing news of the war between Russia and Ukraine and the war with Iran, including the Israeli terrorist groups Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthi rebels, we see that it is the beginning of disaster, as it is said that a nation rises against nation. As we see that the signs and words of the end times are being fulfilled until the coming of Yeshua, our Lord, the Prince of Peace, please help people of faith wake up in this era to intercede and fully prepare the way for the Lord's return. Please fill me with the Holy Spirit and help me live a saintly life of words and prayer.

Father God!

U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinken, who is visiting Saudi Arabia on April 29, said the mutual defense treaty with Saudi Arabia is almost complete. This means that the United States accepts Saudi Arabia's request for security cooperation at the NATO level and urges Saudi Arabia to improve relations with Israel to check China and strengthen the alliance structure in the Middle East.

# The United States, on the 29th (local time), publicly opposed the International Criminal Court's (ICC) investigation into Israel and its preparations to issue arrest warrants for Israeli officials related to the Israel-Hamas war. “We have made it clear that we do not support the ICC investigation and that we do not believe they have jurisdiction,” White House press secretary Carine Jean-Pierre said at a briefing. The spokesperson also emphasized that “the main focus of Prime Minister Netanyahu’s call with President Biden was the hostage trade, the ceasefire, and ensuring that Gaza receives humanitarian assistance.” Neither the United States nor Israel are members of the ICC, nor is Russia, so it is difficult to arrest Russian President Putin, for whom the ICC issued an arrest warrant last year. However, he can still be detained in an ICC member state.

Heavenly Father, we thank the United States for its strength in defense treaties in the Middle East through its relationship with Saudi Arabia. Accordingly, please allow the relationship between Israel and Saudi Arabia to improve further and establish a common front against Iran.

In particular, the United States continues to stand with Israel in its opposition to the International Criminal Court's decision to issue arrest warrants for Israeli officials rather than mention the terrorist attack on Israel by Hamas on October 7 and the hostages. Lord, please remember me. God called Abraham and said, “I will establish my covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for an everlasting covenant; I will be God to you and your descendants after you. And I will be their God” (Genesis 17:7,8) Please pity the foolishness of the International Criminal Court for discussing Israel without knowing these words. “I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse, and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” (Genesis 12:3). Please use and bless America, which stands on Israel's side according to these words.

Father God, I (we) pray for the US.

Father God!

A school district in California, the most liberal state in the country, has won a preliminary ruling in favor of its parent notification policy in a California state court. The parent notification policy requires school staff to notify parents if their child wishes to be identified or treated as a gender other than the student's biological sex, as local voters have elected school board members who are conservative and follow Biblical values. As a contrary example, last November, the Virginia State Board of Education approved a commonsense policy that defers to biological sex and opposes transgender ideology. But the Fairfax County, Va., superintendent of schools said he would not follow Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin's new model policy and would stick to the current policy for transgender students. However, despite these state policies, 12 counties, including Loudoun County and Prince Williams County, where school board members who favor progressive policies are established, are not following them.

Heavenly Father, please give us the wisdom to help our intercessors and church members recognize the importance of each local school district, participate in elections, and elect the right school board members who make important decisions about our children's school education. Also, please help parents run for county boards of education or actively participate in school board elections, raise their voices, and wake up to know and protect their rights as parents. This generation's children are exposed not only to LGBTQ people but also to the dignity of life and various gender and transgender cultures. “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not turn away from it” (Proverbs 22:6). According to these words, please let parents instruct and teach their children at home to have biblical values through the Word of God. Please help our children of faith defend their parents' rights in every public school in America and prevent racism and progressive racial theories from being imposed on them. Please help us discern the harm caused by rampant profanity, obscenity, vulgarity, and pornography in schools and become people who obey the truth. “Your word is a lamp to our children’s feet and a light to their path.” Please guide our children to learn and walk in the truth of the Word.

Father God!

The Idaho Legislature passed a bill (H. 668) banning public funding for gender transition procedures. The law prevents taxpayers from paying for gender reassignment procedures and includes measures to prevent doctors from harming minors with gender reassignment surgery or hormones. The Legislature in this bill declared that no public funds should be used, granted, paid, or distributed to anybody, organization, or person to provide or assist any surgical operation or medical intervention. “Surgical procedures or medical interventions are as specified in the law, regardless of whether they are performed on a minor or an adult,” he said.

Heavenly Father, please pity the sin of changing the sexes of men and women, ignoring and breaking God's created order amid adultery and rebelliousness in the world. We are grateful that Idaho has passed a law to prevent public funding of these crimes. In this generation of darkness, please do not let your children of faith follow the example of this last generation, but increase their faith so they can live a distinguished life and become intercessors. “You will cry and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. “You will find me when you seek me and seek me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:11-13). We pray that by crying out to these words, America's distorted and unbiblical policies will change, and America will become one that seeks God. Please work so that all impurities are washed and purified so that America can return to its sanctified form, positively influence America and the nations, and become a country used to harvest souls in the Lord's time.

Father God!

We pray for the November presidential election in the United States. Let a chosen leader be raised who can realize the values of the Bible according to the Word and correct all crookedness. Please help believers who believe in God and pray for the president and members of the Senate and House of Representatives so that they can discern and elect the people with a spirit of fear of the Lord. Let the media honestly report on the election campaign process and give the people the ears and discernment to judge and listen properly. In the name of Jesus, we cancel biased reports and public opinion, forming negative frames targeting specific candidates. We want those who fear God to devote themselves to the people and the country as presidents and leaders and have fair elections without manipulation or fraud. Let a president stand who restores America’s holiness by protecting its founding ideals and constitutional values and enacting an abortion law that saves the life of the fetus. Please help America become a just country of light that God uses until the end.

Father God, I (we) pray for South Korea.

Father God!

On April 26, the bill to abolish the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Student Human Rights Ordinance was submitted to the plenary session of the 323rd extraordinary session of the Seoul Metropolitan Council and passed with the approval of all 60 members present. Before passing the ‘Seoul City Student Human Rights Ordinance Abolition Ordinance’ on this day, the Seoul City Council Human Rights and Rights Improvement Special Committee held a plenary meeting at 11 a.m. It passed the original draft of the abolition. All 10 People Power Party members who participated in the vote were in favor, while Democratic Party members did not.

Heavenly Father, thank you for passing the erroneous bill to abolish the Seoul Student Human Rights Ordinance. We pray that teachers' authority will be restored and school order will be reestablished so that they can adequately teach students about wrongdoing caused by the Student Human Rights Ordinance. ‘Please restore the purity of school education in Korea so that it is based on the Christian education established by missionaries. We pray that all provincial and local student human rights ordinances influenced by the Korean Teachers and Education Workers Union will be completely abolished. “Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of mockers, but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which brings forth fruit in its season. He is like a leaf that produces fruit and does not wither; everything he does will prosper.” (Psalm 1:1-3) Like these words, please bless the families of faith so that Korea can become a country that serves God and educates its children with the Word of God. Please bless us so that education based on the Word of God can be fully achieved, especially in Christian schools, and that we can raise workers for this era. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is valid for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be complete, equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Please bless us, especially Christian schools, so that they can devote themselves entirely to the education of upright character and so that we can become a world where education for life according to the Word is carried out.

Father God!

The 76th regular general meeting of the Korean Medical Association was held on April 28 at The K Hotel in Seoul. Lim Hyun-taek, the next president-elect of the Korean Medical Association, called the government's unilateral policy of increasing the number of medical schools 'medical farming' and said he would not agree to any negotiations unless the government first canceled the announcement of an increase of 2,000 students. About 1,000 general practitioners participated in the spring academic conference of the Korean Society of Dermatology and Obesity Plastic Surgery, which was held this afternoon at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The conference mainly consisted of lectures on cosmetic procedures. However, this time, around 500 residents attended. This is interpreted as medical residents who left the medical field due to conflict between medical and government officials came to the event to get help working as general dermatologists and beauty doctors. As the conflict between medicine and government continues and patients suffer, medical school professors nationwide have declared regular ‘once a week’ closure. Putting pressure on the government, professors at five large hospitals in Seoul began taking leave once a week.

Heavenly Father, patients are suffering as residents and professors resign and take action against the ongoing medical crisis. Following the President's statement on increasing the number of medical school students, residents, and medical school professors are protesting against this, submitting letters of resignation and reducing their workload, resulting in patients not receiving treatment on time. Please allow new, true medical reform to occur through dialogue between the government and medical staff. “Where there is no counsel, plans fail, but through many strategies they succeed” (Proverbs 15:22). “By counsel, a plan is accomplished; by strategy and warfare” (Proverbs 20:18). Please allow the government and medical staff to discuss these words together and establish the right policies, and please give grace so that doctors who resign or are on leave can return to their noble mission of protecting the health and lives of patients. Please put an end to the situation where patients who have committed perjury are losing their lives because they cannot find an emergency room that can treat them. We pray that God will work to find a reasonable solution between the medical community and the government to prevent further side effects at the expense of patients' lives.

Father God!

Please help those who were elected in the election held on April 10th to establish the Republic of Korea as a democratic country and to strive to educate and educate the next generation properly. Please help us avoid our wrongdoings and become honest people before God. In particular, may those who believe in God fear God through faith that takes the lead in serving the country rather than those who serve their party. Please bless me so that I may be raised as a devoted and faithful worker who knows this era through the Word of God. We acknowledge that everything is in the hands of the Lord and pray for our country and people. May the Republic of Korea be established as a nation that fears God and becomes a unified Korea through faith. Please help us become a country that spreads the works of God to all nations. Please help the Korean churches serve the Lord on their knees in prayer, not forgetting that they have prayed and taken the lead in building the country and receiving today's blessings amidst the problematic history of the past. Please help me fill the remaining cup of prayer that opens the door to unification. Please help Korea become a Christian nation used by God, a missionary, and an advanced and unified anti-communist liberal democratic market economy. Please help us become a country that is blessed with pro-Israel policies and makes Israel jealous.

We pray for the ministry planned and promoted by CWMI in 2024. 

The Korean branch is planning a Holy Spirit-filled prayer meeting for Christian female leaders on June 4-5. May the Holy Spirit guide you.

We plan a seminar for Korean missionaries in Israel from September 23rd to 30th. Please bless us so that the doors that have been shrunk due to Israel's war will be wide open, and please keep the instructors and all attendees solid and safe with the Holy Spirit.

# Please bless all executives and branch heads, including the president. What we ask of those in charge is loyalty, so let them obey for the glory of the Lord and let only the gospel be revealed. 

We pray for the Wednesday All Nations Prayer Meeting, held online every week. Thank you for blessing the Nations Prayer Meeting, which has been working diligently every week. Bless the ICC Church and the Virginia House of Prayer for the Nations (VHOP). Thank you for allowing us to make the recent 'Prayer Video' to pray for the fulfillment of the Bible and the video to convey "God's Time and Israel". Many videos that can be used as data to inform Israel are spread so people can discern the time of this era and pray with the Bible in their closets.

Above all supplication, I (we) pray in the name of Yeshua Messiah.
